Overview
So it’s time to start this in earnest. I have been looking at programs to help promote change for a long time. I like this one because it is about continually changing through life; this isn’t something you do once. This program is about 90 day to work on parts of yourself and then look at yourself and do it again. It is more of a lifestyle. This method of change is coming out of a plan by Order of Man; this works on four different areas over 90 days.
Goals
- 1-hour nonrelated reading: This is more about setting up a time to obtain miscellaneous knowledge and wind down towards the end of the day.
- Reading through the whole Bible: Growing up in the church and still believing, I have never read the Bible; that is a problem. I want to do a 90 bible reading, there is a bible study for it on the You Version bible app, and that is what I am using.
- Lose 30 lbs: Losing weight is not the main focus of this one; it is to make a habit of actually working out. If I do, I will like to lose this much weight, and it will give me an easier way to see what is going on with my workouts and diet.
- Blog work: This blog to work on it and get it to a running part and past figuring out what I am doing work schedule-wise to having an operational plan for writing and posting.
Specifications
Reading through the whole Bible: read one section a day.
1-hour nonrelated reading: read for at least one hour before going to bed, not counting Bible or blog work
Lose 30lbs: 30-45 min daily, including a 10-15 min jog.
Blog work: Work on gather and or making material for 4 hours a day.
30-day MILESTONES
1-hour nonrelated reading: At the end of 30 days, I want to have a set time taken out, and I would like to have finished reading my current book.
Reading through the whole Bible: This one is more obvious, and I don’t have to plan for it. It is running on a schedule, so I want to be on day 30 of it.
Lose 30lbs: I want to have a set workout routine to do daily, even if it is smaller every day with certain days that are more difficult. I would like to have lost about 10 lbs at the end of it.
Blog work: Have a writing schedule in place for when I will be writing.
